Leaky Petcock fuel valves

I have had a pair of repro casted fuel valves that leaked. Then i got a pair of the same kind but with hard crome internals, they also leak.

Both have the original conical style internal.

Does anybody know how i can improve the existing petcocks or were to get leak prof petcocks that will fit my 47 chief tanks.
