Hello

i have a problem with my 47 Chief which i would like to understand the cause of, maybe someone can help me.

When Starting the bike, oil comes out of the rear cylinder exhaust, runs and sprays out of the muffler top. At he same time i recon that the engine has wet sumping, as i can drain alot of oil out of the top level screw on the crank case.

Even after draining to correct level, oil is comming out of the exhaust.

is this a wet sumping symptom or is it a worn push rod guide.

P.s. Pushrod Guides have been completely refurbished before this problem came in.

Br

Henrik
