I wonder if there is an 'official' club backed way of getting an age validation. May not be a problem in the US, but, in the UK the registration authorities are a little 'suspicious'.
I am importing a 46 Chief, matching numbers. I need to gather as much evidence as I can that it is indeed a 1946 model, and that the frame and engine are indeed matching. I would ideally need a letter from the club, stating that the chassis and frame numbers indicate manufacture in 1946.
This sound possible? Who would the contact be?
